This is called a short Bob / Page Boy, so just go to the beauty parlor and have them cut your hair and then have them roller set it with large rollers and you will have the style that you want. i hope that I have help you

hot rollers.....on dry hair...or use a big curling iron...and you will have to have layers in your hair to have the curls lay right
