i seem to remember learning that if you hit 18 years old and arent yet 5 ft tall, you can get handicapped plates for the car because you're technically a "midget" or "dwarf" or "little person" or whatever term is the proper one.

Actually I think it's 4'10 or something and, yes, it is true. I don't know the specifics of how you'd get one, but i'd guess you'd go in the the DMV and say, "Hey, I want a handicap parking pass." And they'd give you some paperwork and all that (assuming you met the criteria).

Log on to your DMV's web site. They should give you the answer your looking for. In Wisconsin the answer is no. Your height is not a handicap.

It usually involves having your doctor complete a bunch of paperwork attesting that you really do have some debilitating medical condition - being short doesn't cut it. Using a pass fraudulently can cost you BIG time!

No you have to be disable or handicapped.and as far as i know being under 5 ft tall isn't a disability:):).
disable or handicapped means you would have ot be unabole to walk far, or have trouble navigation into and out of stores and need benear your distanation as possible.

Doubt it ... but you may have to walk twice as fast to keep up with the taller people!
