1st Prob:My girlfriend told me that she doesn't like light skinned guys, and only got with me because her cousin said i was a nice guy. What do you all think of what she said? 2nd Prob: My girlfriend said that she feels that a man is suppose to worship the ground she walks on and do anything she tells him to do, and if he doesn't he's wrong. Well, my question is, is it really a man she wants, or a push over she wants. Just want some opinions because she's about to become an ex, because i find these things very disrespectful and she doesn't appreciate a good man.

She obviously doesn't realize how good she has it, and how lucky she is to have a great guy like you. No wonder us good girls can't find great guys like you, they are taken by girls like that. No offense, but it sounds like she wants a dark skinned push over. Race shouldn't matter and you sound like a really nice guy that deserves better. The first statement was just her being honest about what she looks for in a mate. The second statement is bull$hit, every relationship should consist of 100%, 50 from one and 50 from the other. Of course you should treat any woman like you would want another man to treat your mom, sister, aunt etc... If you feel disrespected by her, let it be known. You will know what to do after you get her response.

#1 just because her cousin said ur a nice guy didn't mean she HAD to say yes to being bf/gf. light skinned or not. get the cousin to tell her it's fun jumping off bridges..see if she'll do that too.
#2 yea u should worship her...if she cooks, cleans, does laundry, has a job, takes care of u, and loves u like there is no tomorrow. but you know...i really don't think she does any of that.
if u really are a nice guy, light complected or not, u'll find the right one 4 u. but i don't think she's it.

You are right--she is disrepectful and doesn't appreciate you, so time to move on. Telling you that you have some physical shortcoming but she decided to date you anyway is ridiculous. It is only her opinion in the first place. Men don't need to worship women. There are many women out there who would like a nice man, find another girl.

Yes, ex would be a good move. She isn't being respectful and you can't have a healthy relationship if there isn't respect on both sides. Being together should be about supporting each other and building each other up, not tearing each other down. There is a woman out there who will appreciate a good man, don't waste your time w/ someone who is just out to use you. Good Luck!!

First issue, she's a bigot. Anyone that judges on skin color is racist. Period.
Second issue, she's a selfish spoiled brat. Anyone who wants others to "worship" them, and treat them the way described isn't worth having.
I'm glad you aren't planning on continuing this relationship. She won't change to be a better person, and all you would be doing is setting yourself up for carpet duty.

she sound like the stuck up type and a man is suppose to be the head of the house hold and protect his woman but you and her are not married. Then who is she to judge the color of ones skin which totally means nothing. she needs to grow and learn to accept people as they are. Leave her and make yourself happy

Dissin is dissin no matter who does it or what is the form. Personally, I am not submissive so a gf tellin me I gotta do what she says and kiss her feet is prolly not gonna be around me much. I hadda dark skinned gf that tried that. Asta la nueve....see ya never.

She is definitely just using you. The fact that she would admit to prob. #1 should show you that she does not care about your feelings at all.
