For 3%? Any age. But for 30% and up, probably 18 or older. It's kinda got limited uses, ya know? Legal or not, someone's probably gonna ask some hard questions, especially after the liquid bomb thing in the UK...

depends. I assume you mean the 35% not the 3% strength. The 35% is now on a watch list for drug manufacturing in some areas. It is nasty stuff and you can hurt yourself with it. I buy it at a health food store as an alternative to bleach.
Sprawl mart has el cheapo H2O2 you can buy without restriction.

As far as I know, there's not an age restriction on it, however, you shouldn't buy it anyway. If you're buying it for wound care.
The formula eats away at your dead, infected skin as well as your healthy skin, and although it is a good cleaner, used too much it can take too long for the wound to heal.
Used on heels and calluses on the ankles, its an excellent remedy.

I would say that there's no minimum age. I don't think hydrogen peroxide is dangerous.
