His studio is at 860 N.Gower St in Hollywood. I check several hotels on Yahoo travel and others but the reviews were very bad or not available. Thanks for any help!

the only hotels are located in hollywood a short cab ride to his studio. there's one at highland and hollywood check the tourist bureau also there's always the famous roosevvelt hotel in hollywood. all these are acab away. you should rent a car. its easy to get to the phil studio and see hollywood. have fun...

You don't tell us where it is. I stayed at the Beverly Garland in LA and it was reasonable and nice. Try www.tripadvisor.com or something similar to see other price ranges.
