I have this friend that I recently found out likes me and I like him too. However, we're both in college and do not see any reason to add distractions to our lives by trying a long distance relationship. Plus I'm afraid of ruining a perfectly good friendship by going into something more. He completely agrees with me about the college thing (doesn't know about the fear thing) and yet he kisses me in such a way that leaves my head spinning and my heart pounding. I am very confused as to why he kisses me this way if our intention is to remain friends. He always catches me by surprise. And, I'm away at college right now, but he never calls me. Which I don't mind because we aren't dating. But at the same time... I keep thinking about the way he kissed me the night before I left... Any hints as to what's going on? I'm very confused.

Maybe you should ask him, maybe he's looking to score with you. He might also think that you are definitelly marriage material so he wants to keep his channels open with you. Maybe it was a goodbye kiss. You know its hard to tell. I know that if I was going to kiss a girl passionately it would probably mean I was really interested in her... aim name everclear0192

The guy's a good kisser. And he would probably like it if there could be more between you and I suspect you like him a lot more than you're saying. But, he doesn't call you because he know's it's impossible. And it probably is. I ruined a good friendship that way once but, I can't say now that I regret it. He was one of my great loves and I'm glad it happened. Mmmm! Too bad. I love those kind of kisses.

He seems like he wants to be more, but wants what is best for you. By putting your dreams first, this might make him happy.
He not calling, might be because it hurts him to talk to you because he misses you.
