You will NEVER find cheap tix to travel to Mexico during Xmas About 12 thousand other Mexicans (like myself) travel during that time so travel agencies and Mexicana airlines take advantage of this and spike up the prices.

Did you really expect to see the prices freeze from 2 yrs ago? You're effing kidding me, right? I see you don't travel too much, do you?

My friend travels to there alot and she is in the same boat. Unfortunately i think you might have to eat it. I would try either jet blue or continental. They have always been the cheapest for me when I fly. Also there is a new website that tells you when the best time to buy a ticket. It averages when airlines are hurting for business. It's farefinder.com hope this helps and good luck. I know air fare prices are out of control.

i imagine you'll locate that flights are more cheap before sixth December yet are then extreme priced until eventually eventually Christmas. you need to locate a flight on Christmas day itself more cheap yet who should be flying Christmas day!!!! check out costs now as they do get booked up quickly. My friends from the united kingdom saved over 500 pounds each and every via vacationing before sixth December. They spent Christmas and new year in oz..and had a fabulous time. you've the alternative of pretty Bangkok or Singapore as a end-over on direction.

It depends where you're coming from. There's a good bus service from San Antonio in TX to Guadalajara. Maybe there's one to Mexico city too. I know several Americans who go back and forth by bus.
