Natural ones feel better and in many cases look better too. However there are some people who have fake ones which are just perfect as far as shape and symmetry.

Natural feel better. It's better to be in bed with a natural woman than with "a product" - no matter how great they may seem, there always fake.

Natural or fake...I love them all and am partial to some....but then again, big small I like them all, but when it gets down to the brass tacks...I am a BUTT man..anything over a handful is a waste.
There is a lot of plastic in my car, but I picked it because of its looks...
