Here I thought only chicks feel this way. Point blank, realize that if everyone liked everyone, we would have an overpopulation! I have been "dumped" a substantial amount of times in my life before getting married. I always took it hard for a while until the white light came on. First, it is only human to feel bad, sad, angry, however you feel about being "dumped". Dealings of the heart are a very sensitive thing. It hurts our egos, if you really liked the other person, there are those feelings of loss as well. Yet in time, I would take a look back and realize, that person wasnt for me. Or, it wasnt what was meant to be in the stars as corney as that may sound. Believe that there is a master plan for you and keep that faith. I dont know if youre old enough to know the song "somewhere out there...beneath the bright blue skies....someone's thinking bout you..."IE, there IS a life long mate out there for you, and when the time is right, and usually when youre not looking, you will find her. And THEN, you will look back and realize how very wrong the other ones were for you. Even though it is painful now. Hang in there, and keep the faith.

Almost everyone is rejected at some point in there life.
Just accept it as an experience and learn from it.

Be realistic, we can't be what everyone wants us to be to please them.
Be who you are, and if they accept you then you will be happy to make them happy.
Someone is going to appreciate all the things you thought no one would. And all you have to do is just be yourself.

Except that you have been offended, but you were not meant for this person. It will only be good when you meet the one that is meant to be with you.

P.ssss....this note was not for the points, just wanted to help in someway if I could. Best of luck!

The best way to deal with it is to realize that your really mourning the relationship you wanted to have with that person and not what you actually had. I'm sure things weren't the way you had wished they were. That's why it ended. As long as you remind yourself that this just wasn't meant to be or else it would have, it will be easier. I truly believe that what is supposed to happen will so when my relationships dont work out and realize it wasn't supposed to.

remember your not the only one out there that feels that way! Use post it note to tell yourself that you are better off, you can brain wash yourself to think it is true. Plus if you love something set it free if it comes back it's yours if not it wasn't meant to be!
