Im sick!!! I dont know wat im sick from but everytime i cough my throat starts itching aloot. My chest hurts aloot also what do i have or wat can i do. I really dont feel good.

It seems to be an infection on your throat......
I am a medicine student and have a test in one of my books that will be able to help me find a remedy so u can get rid of that cough. I always recomend natural remedies they work a lot better than regular medicine. I will need a little more detailed information about your cough.

This dreaded cold and flu weather
I am just on the end of it
I get both of these from a health food shop
I have been using An Echinacea tri plex really clears the head
a couple of drops in water to dilute it has helped me

funny that im actually in the same boat im sick too, and sux cause i dont have the luxury of taking off work, my next days will suck. if medicine works on you i suggest taking it. doesnt work on me and i hate that. well good luck finding a cure.

Try drinking some honey and lemon tea... mix some honey and lemon in hot water and enjoy ... it usually helps me.
