I am a Canadian Citizen. I would like to move to America permanently with my family. I would like to open my own business with partnership of an American Citizen. Is it possible for me to do this?

Isn't anyone going to actually answer the question?

Yes, it is possible for you to do what you ask about. There are a number of programs that you could use. The treaty trader or treaty investor program is a nonimmigrant visa but with unlimited renewals. So is NAFTA. There are also E (employment) immigrant visas of various levels, the Investor immigrant visa, and others. You and your partner should consult an immigration attorney who is familiar with business promotion.

Yes, The US has an interesting "buy your way in" program. Take a look at the Immigration web site for details. It takes a good chunk of change though.

YEAH, BUNT IS REALLY CREDIBLE.

SHE WANTS US ALL TO NOT BE "RACIST" AGAINST ILLEGALS, BUT LETS HEAR WHAT SHE HAS TO SAY ABOUT BLACKS:

bunt
Level 3

Blacks are most of the criminals in US, show statistics. And they are less than 20% of the population. They are on a very low level, still didn't evolve enough to think like a human beings. SOrry, but most blacks are the lowest of the low. The exceptions are rare.
***** in Spanish means black. Of course blacks have no education to speak another language. They don't speak their own and call eah other ****** anyway...
They want to shoot you because that's how they communicate-with violence. Remember: they are not as evolved as you to stay calm and talk with real words. Stay away from ******=blacks.

Why would you want to give up Canada. Here you have free health care, get to choose your own doctor etc. You move to the States you are not covered by our health care and have to pay for doctors etc. Think carefully.

Get a work visa and marry for papers, unless you have family here(then you get a free pass).
Otherwise US citizenship requires $500,000 bribe...oops,"investment".
