Que Bueno by Nestle best Nacho Cheese ever they sell it @ Costco,Smart & Final and Food4Less that I know of its in a blue can.I serve it @ all my Parties.

Asadero mixed with shredded cheddar-it's a soft mexican cheese so you get the meltability but much better flavor than FAKE cheese made with oil vs. milk. I buy it at Walmart,Hyvee and Kroger stores-probably lots more.

hate to say it, but velveeta. you can throw some cheddar in there to enhance the flavor a little, but velveeta's melt factor is key for nachos.
