Breath? Brush your tongue. Mints. If it's chronic then see a doctor. It's called halitosis.

Bad breath could come from dental caries (tooth decay), gingivitis and periodontitis as well. If these problems have not been treated, you will still have mouth odor because it's a source of infection. When was your dental check up? Make sure that your teeth and gum are fine. If you have tooth decay, it should be filled or if the decay has exposed the pulpal tissue, it should be RCT. However, it depends on the condition of your tooth as well. If you have gingivitis or periodontitis which cause from plaque and calculus deposit, your teeth should be cleaned either scaling ir root planing.

Sometimes, just brushing your teeth after meal is not enough since there might be a piece of food that you eat sticks between your teeth. Therefore, flossing your teeth is necessary. Remember to brush your tongue everytime you brush you teeth too!!! :)

Discuss the problem with your dentist. Clark Gable actually suffered from severe halitosis, and would actually brush his teeth and use mouthwash right before the kissing scenes with Vivien Leigh, but it was still very strong. See if you suffer from the same, and what your dentist may be able to recommend for you.

When you brush your teeth, use the toothbrush and go around on the inside of your gums above your teeth, to include the area that would be 'behind' your lips. Use the toothbrush and scrub the area behind your top teeth - your palate - and go back as far as you can (you may gag but it is OK). Then scrub your tounge, top and bottom - again go back as far as you can until you gag. Then use the mouthwash.

If you have cavities, get them looked after. If you don't brush your teeth, get them cleaned and make sure you brush them after every meal. I've even heard it somewhere, but don't hold me to this, but upper digestive problems can affect the breath. I would suggest going to see a dentist first.

Sounds like you need to go and see a dentist because there might be some area in your mouth that has a problem and your toothbrush just can't reach for it

Taking Taurine drops sublingually might help reduce the yeast that contributes to bad breath, also brush your tongue.

first of all, do you have a good teeth? no broken teeth or anything of that sort? if yes, have it fixed. if no, then you should probably brush your tongue. tongue at times forgotten to be cleaned.thats where bad nreath comes from. so better brush your tongue or use tongue scrappers to get it cleaned. if that don't work go see a dentist.
