Get help please! Trust me on this. I had panic attack for a long time before I got the courage to get help for them and It was the best thing I ever did for myself. Please see a doctor and be honest about your feelings and then start form there. Things might not look as bad if you start therapy or medication. I believe in the medications out to treat depression and other disorders. I have also benefited from them and I worked as a nurse in a psych center. They can change a person's whole outlook on things, especially if the problem is due to a chemical imbalance. Please talk to someone. Also remember that most of the medications out takes 2 weeks to 6 weeks to start to help so visit a doctor and get therapy as well. Hope things get better. Good family support also helps. I hope you have at least 1 person you can lean on. My belief in God helps me through the rough times. If you need someone to talk to contact me and I will help the best I know how. Good luck and things will get better. Hang in there.

I agree with the other people posting on here that you need to get help from a psychiatrist. Medication and counseling will help. Many people have been helped in your situation. There is hope even though you feel you have none right now. You need to do whatever it takes to get well. Get some help. I also agree trusting God will help you. It may also help to find a support group of other people who have felt like you. There are some on the web and your doctor can recommend some. Most importantly for now, you need to see a doctor.
