Either jewelry to go with their dresses (check out Things Remembered-- very reasonable prices and engraved jewelry boxes), a massage/manicure/pedicure, or a themed gift basket (like for a movie one have pop corn, blockbuster card, bowl...).
Good Luck!

For our Bridal Party we gave the groomsmen beer mugs and the Bridesmaids wine glasses that we decorated with flowers(at the bottom). Also, everyone in the Bridal Party had free drinks at the reception.

They have lots of unique stuff that you can't find everywhere else. Good quality (I used them for my stuff) and great prices.
Jewelry is nice, but we chose to get each member of our bridal party something unique to them. We had our rehearsal the other day and they all LOVED their gifts. They thanked us for not roping them together and getting them all the same thing. They each received a gift personalized with their name on it, but we made sure the item itself was something that reflected each individuals character.

Little mirrors are nice engraved with the date and your names. The jewelry you want them to wear is also a great idea. A very nice set of makeup brushes. Small jewelry boxes. Look at the idea's at Things Remembered, they have some very inexpensive and nice gifts.

Here are a few options:
1) Jewerly for the wedding day. Check out overstock.com for some good deals.
2) Take the girls out for a spa day the day before the wedding. Pay for their main/pedicures.
3) Pay for their hair and makeup on wedding day.

I bought my girls bags with there names engraved. They held there shoes and jewlery and after the wedding they got to keep them. I also bought them a silver bracelet with a charm. I bought each girl a different charm to match there personality.

when my brother got married they got all of us giftcertifactes to get our hair done for the wedding and had flip flops that matched our dresses so we didn't have to go barefoot at the reception and a cute little bag with our names embrodered on them they worked great no one picked up someone else bag and if someone was already on the bus and we seen they left their bag we picked it up for them good luck and congratulations

What would you like if the roles were reversed?
If you're having trouble getting something everyone would like - pick out something different and more personal for each individual person.
