My cat does this all the time.

Hi there...here's a poem I hope you will enjoy about a cats tale of tails.

I can't seem to figure out why my tail follows me around.
It is there when I eat, it is there when I drink. It is there when I play and it gets in the way.

When I am running and trying to climb the wall, I see it out of the corner of my eye. It is striped and looks like a snake. I stop dead in my tracks and turn, but it isn't there. When I turn in a circle, it is sometimes there.

Sometimes it curls over my head and touches my ears. I hate it when it does that. Some day maybe when I am older, I will catch it while it is spying on me. When I sleep it sleeps and when I rest it rests. I wonder if I am the only one this happens to. Maybe all kitties have a tail like mine. Maybe their tails chase them too. A lot of times when I am getting into mischief or doing things I shouldn't be doing, I think it tells on me, because it see's everything I do and it just sits there and watches. My favorite thing to do is climb on freshly folded laundry and instead of giving me balance, it makes mine worse because me and the laundry end up on the floor and then I have to run and hide.... to my surprise it follows me.

Yesterday I was running while playing and I saw it following me, when I looked back to see if it was there, I ran smack into my litter box and fell over. Jeesh, it is always causing trouble for me, but I guess I am somewhat attached to it.

I have 4 cats and only one has this problem. She is so angry with her tail. She really doesn't know it's a part of her.
We hear this terrible screaming and think it's a cat fight, but no just her , all the cat's come running.I don't know what to do.

Just for fun! Anything that moves is cool for kitties. And if they can't find a toy at the moment, they just have to make do with their own tails!
