Oblate-spheroid.
It got me into heaps of trouble when I used it as an answer to the question "what shape is planet earth?".
I was six or seven years old and insisted that the girl at the top of the class (a real teachers pet) was incorrect when she answered "Sphere". The teacher only let me say my piece when I was close to tears and was dumbfounded at my answer. At her reaction, you would have thought I had just uttered the most obnoxious swear word. I tried hard not to be too smart after that.
It worked, I'm a real doofus about long words these days!
