People who say Okey Dokey all the time?

Do you consider it to be very annoying or cute?

I think it can be cute, sometines I say "Okey Dokey Artichokey" or "Okey Dokey Gumby and Pokey". Only in moderation!!

I say okey dokey but not all the time. I would probably annoy people if I use it every single time.

I will say that at times. If I hear it from time to time it is neither annoying or cute. This is called colloquialism.
Since the bulk of conversation is informal, colloquial suggests informal rather than formal English. It need not, however, mean the speech of uneducated people, and should be distinguished from slang.
I like to hear colloquial phrases.
Examples:
Would you go with her ? "In a New York minute."
What she just said "burns me to a crisp".
"Longer than a country mile"
"You're cooking with gas now"
"Don't count your chickens before they hatch"
There are a thousand and one colloquial sayings that reflect ones personality.

I say it a lot, but not all the time. It's a cute and casual expression.

Could also be referring to a door key by someone from Oklahoma.

I say it. I also say Yep, Yeppers, Yup, Yuppers, otay, okies, & a few others I know I'm forgetting. I don't say these words all the time. I do my best to limit their use as it comes across as uneducated or lazy. I'm neither one so I'm extra careful.
