Put hair on top of head in a bun and spray with hairspray, when u take the hair down, u will have body in hair.
Flex conditioner is great to thicken hair.

I have hair like that and I hate it. I just ordered some Nick Chavez hair products. It is suppose to help your hair with body and hold up in humidity. I don't know if it works yet, but you might want to give it a try. You can get it from QVC and some times you can get the products cheaper on ebay. Good luck.
