Honestly, I have not found one where all these offices are present. Most have either misinterpreted this Scripture or reproof the movement and neccessity of it. Some pastors limit these functions and the Holy Spirit cannot flow freely to speak to the church.
Assemblies of God do not recognize an individual as an apostle or prophet, saying that this is a group function. If this was true, than the other offices would follow suit in this format.
Others mix the manifestations of the Holy Spirit, 1 Corinthians 12:28, 1 Corinthians 14:6, and the office of prophets to the point where no one can recognize the voice of God at these different levels.

Sad to say, the churches in my area have none. They sorely need it here.

The only future prophets to come are the Godly ones mentioned in Rev 11 and the rest are false.

Church of Christ which Im a part of has the minister which is full time preacher and teacher. Most churches have missionaries which are evangelists and also local outreach ministries. There are NO more apostles. Paul was the last apostle.

Yep.. all five. We have a prophet that leads our church. We have evangalists in the form of missionaries; the apostles help run the church directly under the prophet; our pastors are called bishops, stake presidents and all preisthood holders; and we have a whole lot of teachers starting with our nursery- children 18 months to 3 yrs. Then primary 3 yrs to 11 yrs. Then Young Women or Young Men 12-18yrs. Then sunday school from 18-death. Relief Society for women 18-death and preisthood for men from 12-death. It gets more complex then I can go into here, but we basically have teachers for any age group.

We also believe that the best teachers are the parents of the children. They are the ones who start to instill the values and beliefs from the very beginning of life.

We have support systems for everyone in the church. The Relief Society for example takes meals into women who have had babies recently, or who have had sick family members. We also go monthly to differently womens houses to see how they are doing and if they need anything. We teach a short message and just spend time together.

The preisthood has many aspects, far too many to name here. We do have a set of preisthood holders assigned to each family in our group that visit their assigned families monthly. They make sure that things are going well and that they family doesn't need anything. They also teach a short message and help in other aspects also.

No and I don't think I would.

Prophets can get you into trouble. Following FALSE ones can put the mark of the beast on you.

Apostles are basically only those who were with Jesus back when.

Teachers are people who don't reat being pastors because they don't have the education or smarts.
