Take two Motrin or Ibuprofen, lay down, and prop your feet up above your heart. If that doesn't work, you can try Arnica. It's technically for joint inflammation, but it works for regular inflammation as well. You can find it usually in the health food section of your local grocery store. It comes in pillule (itty bitty pills) form, and costs generally $5 - $7 a bottle. Good luck honey, I know how much your feet must hurt.

You poor thing, I have had swollen feet for a different reason, and I can relate to the pain. Here are some things you can do that don't involve drugs:
Elevate your feet. Make sure that when you are lying down, your feet are up above the level of your heart. This helps the pain and discomfort, if nothing else. If you have to be sitting upright, just try and put your feet up, so they are parallel to the floor, rather than having them down, where gravity draws fluids down there.
Drink a lot of fluids. It seems strange, but it does help your body eliminate some of the extra fluid that is accumulating in those tissues and causing the swelling and pain. Yes, you will have to pee a lot, but that's good.
Soak your feet. Epsom salts are supposed to be really good because they help with inflammation, but honestly, just about anything feels good when your feet are so swollen.
Rub your feet. Use long, slow, gentle strokes, and come up from your feet toward your legs. This helps get some of that fluid moving again.
Try and walk a little bit each day. I know there may be limitations on physical activity since you had a baby so recently, but if you can really stimulate the bloodflow in your feet and legs, it will help bring out some of that extra fluid that has built up in the tissues.
If it stays really bad, you need to mention it to the doctor. I actually had to get some medication for it, but I am sure that they won't want to do that with you since you just barely had a baby. It can become a more serious problem though, so make sure that the doctor knows you are having trouble with it.
Good luck :)

Mine were horrible! The doc said it was a combo of the IV and Pitocin.
And, to keep my feet elevated. And, to watch my salt intake. I also soaked them in Epsom salts because I believe Epsom is a cure all, lol. It really is! Just soak your feet ONLY. Salts aren't good for your other healing parts.
Good Luck, hun. And enjoy that baby they grow WAY too fast!!

Cut out the salt intake. It will hold water in the tissue of your body. This doesn't make sense but drink more WATER. Also, elevate your feet.
I've been there done that. They really hurt don't they? If it is really hot and humid where you are it makes it worse.

Use Epsom salt dissolved in a foot bath; then rub with cool peppermint foot lotion. Also elevate your feet after for a bit.
