Would you choose to live in hell rather than be parted with your loved ones?
Is god more important to you than Love? Are you married, have children? Do they know you'd abandon them in hell so you can get to heaven?

I can't say but I have been through "hell on this earth" for my husband and family.Great movie though. I have to add that I hope God is much more compassionate than many think Him to be.

I think I would. For someone that I really, truly loved, yes I would go to Hell and back. I did too with my Goldie. I almost lost her and had to fight to get her back. I would do it all over again if I had to. When you love someone and something so much, you will do whatever it takes to keep it with you. God knows that and God would never be against that, because that is compassion. God has no hatred for compassionate people. God loves them no matter what because they care so much.

Yes, I could sacrifice safety and comfort for my loved one. I don't believe in heaven or hell as Christians believe in it, however. Would I give my life for my husband or children? Yes. What greater gift or sacrifice can one be willing to make if the need was there?

You have to keep it in perspective....I would walk through the fire for my husband and children who are a kindred spirits to me.... However, my mom turned against me in the name of Christianity; I had to keep walking and say goodbye....If I walked through the fire for her hoping it would make a difference, I would be toast....The bottom line is, there truly are two camps and you just have to know which one brings peace and has the fruits of love, and stick closer than glue.

God comes first. In my wife's life, I am second in her life, next to God. I will teach my children the same, that God is first, daddy and mommy second.
God IS love. You can't separate them.

The movie did not express things the way the book did.
