Ok.. foreplay is the key to the best sex you will get out of a woman.. period!!... if you don't give 100%.. how do you expect a woman to? Foreplay needs to last as long as it takes.. when a woman is literally orgasmic without having intercourse at all, or being touched in certain area's, then and only then is it time to move to the next level. The best thing to do is find out what makes her tick, and do that as long as it takes. I am a lesbian, and I tend to have foreplay for sometimes 1-2 hours, and I think that is the best part of it. Then when i orgasim, or having sex, it's the most incredible experience ever. Now how great would it be for you to have that girl tell everyone she encounters that you were the best? Now in order to do that, you must and I repeat.. MUST, have foreplay.

Too much foreplay is bad...it's just make you pop faster when the real thing happens.
