I don't think that, but if we have a Heavenly Father, could he be single?

How does a woman make life inside her? A man or man made machine needs to place the male sperm in such a way as to cause pregnancy. For other reasons I believe god could be of many forms. However I feel it is nearly impossible for the world as a whole to agree what god is, or was. I believe your intent is beautiful and I agree that women hold a very important and special roll in the creation of life. I feel that definitive proof either way still needs to be collected.
Best Regards

First, women cannot "make" life inside themselves. It takes a colaborative effort for humans to create life. The masculine and Feminine contributions combine and live symbiotically with the woman, but beyond her original genetic contribution and her continued sharing of her own resources, she has no bearing whatsoever upon the life that is forming of its own volition within her.
Second, though the image of a nurturing female for God is appealing, my guess is that God is beyond such mortal frailties. That is, if God can creat something from nothing, then God has no need of a gender or a gender identity.

God has both masculine and feminine energies. The Cathars who were Christians in the 12 hundreds believed in the feminine divine as well as concepts like reincarnation and were strict vegetarians.
Unfortunately up to 500,000 of them were killed off via encouragement of Pope Innocent the 3rd. It is acts like these and others throughout western religious history that have caused the remaining people left to associate God with the masculine.
Society is still trying to recover from the psychic scars of having to be afraid of independent thought because often the consequence for such was, physical death.

God is God, perhaps we think its a he (sometimes she) because thats our only choices. We've never seen God before, so we make it up as we go. God is everything. So what if God is a he or she, would it really matter in the long run, there are better questions about our lives and how to live a better life for Jesus than this.
As for women being inferior to men. really now? Adam's helper, not Adam's inferior, 2nd rate slave that everyone blames everything on.

For the first 99% of human existence, about 1,990,000 years, god was a woman. Then about 10,000 years ago, with the advent of agriculture and the development of settled life, man took over as god. I think men have done a lousy job of being god. We should go back to women being god--or better yet, give up on the infantile notion of god.

It takes a man not a woman, or lesby to plant the seed. The idea that God is a woman is just another glove to slap men in the face with with the hate men group.

I am sorry, but I can't agree with you. Ever time a pronoun or noun is used to refer to God, it is the masculine form that is used. It is never the feminine form. If God were a woman, then He would not have allowed the biblical writers to use the masculine words.

Just a laugh but would a woman give women pms and periods or would she give them to men? I would have picked men.
I want to add however that God is referred to using masculine and feminine traits in the Bible.

people most often think God is a man, but i dont' think he has a gender. I mean, he made both man and woman in His own image. I think he gave men certain characteristics and such like: they are protecters, they are providers... as is God and women have other characteristics of God such as: they are very loving, caring, typically more merciful... etc etc...
