ONE question on the medical application will ask "Substance dependance or failed a drug test ever, or substance abuse or use of illegal substance in the last 2 years. yes or no
if not in the last two years alli s ok, if not check yes and list what is was and when, THEY WILL CHECK!!!! DO NOT LIE!!!
Another question:"18. Medical History
HAVE YOU EVER IN YOUR LIFE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH, HAD, OR DO YOU PRESENTLY HAVE any of the following? In the EXPLANATIONS box, you may note "PREVIOUSLY REPORTED, NO CHANGE" only if the explanation of the condition was reported on a previous application for an airman medical certificate and there has been no change in your condition. See Instructions Page.
w. Yes No History of nontraffic conviction(s) (misdemeanors or felonies).
All other convictions should be reported here. A felony conviction does not necessarily preclude issuance of a medical certificate. The FAA wants to know about any possible psychiatric or psychological disorders that may be associated with the offenses that resulted in conviction.

dodge man, im curious as to why you say drug possesion charges are federal offenses. thats completely inaccurate. there must be a FEDERAL component to the crime before it becomes a federal offense. different entities have different criteria for license/certification. it is in your best interest to research the certification process about which you ask. you may find that contrary to other answerers opinions, you may be ineligible for reasons of your getting arrested regardless of your conviction status. i hold a couple specific licenses in the state of texas none of which have any federal implications. and i would have been ineligible had i ever been arrested for a class A or B misdemeanor. they didnt care wether i had been convicted. being arrested was enough to disqualify me.

ok so first of all that isn't the semen that travels to the egg that's the sperm. Semen is what the sperm are in while they arrive out. The sperm leaves the semen interior of a jiffy and travels into the womb. Then it travels via the tubes to the place it expects the egg to be. which could take hours or longer based upon how properly the sperm swim and how right this moment they flow. maximum sperm at the instant are not shaped suited and that they get misplaced or swim around in circles or in basic terms basic die previously they get there. yet because there are thousands of them that's no longer in many cases a project. Sperm can stay as much as 5 days, yet 2-3 days is extra hassle-free.

You didn't say if the convistion was a felony or a misdemeanor.
I am sure that there are consequences, but I don't think it eliminates you forever.
