Personally, I think a guy who is arrogant is ugly.

In scientific tests of beauty, they have decide that when a face is not balanced it is not attractive. There must be symmetry to be good looking. There must be an equal distance between each similar feature on the face. For example one eye should not be higher than another eye. Out of kilter features are not attractive. Scars, acne, sores, etc are unattractive. Nice clear complexions are naturally more attractive than pits. Neatly groomed shiny hair is better than greasy dirty hair.
And finally, certainly, pretty is as pretty does so an attitude can make some physically attractive person become unattractive.

A person who doesn't take care of themself is ugly. (Somebody who doesn't ever shower or brush their teeth) Because that shows they don't care or are lazy. Somebody who thinks they are better than everybody else is ugly. People who abuse drugs and alcohol are ugly. Especially those who have children and do drugs. People who are mean to other people are ugly.

Appearance is not what is important. Ugly is all about the inside. It is someone who is not considerate of others. Someone rude, or mean, or puts others down.

well, physically it would be when your facial features are not proportioned with each other, your face, and your head. character wise it's when you have a bad attitude, you're arrogant, disrespectful and negative...too bad for those who are ugly both inside and out....
