Make sure and get a very good lube. One idea is too start with a small vibrator, this can really help loosen the muscles and help her relax. My gf really really enjoys me tonguing her first - she really relaxes. But the most overlooked thing with anal sex is how hard the man is. If he isn't rock hard, his penis will tend to bunch up as it enters her anus and this is what causes most of the pain. I don't if you're a guy or girl but go slow - don't try to kill it in the back door like you do the front door - go slow, easy, lube up and try to make sure she's clean or it'll stink something awful
