I don't put myself on a schedule for this. It's pretty much a spontaneous thing, as our pastor is available for confessions on Saturday afternoons, and before all masses. He encourages us to go, and is easy to talk with, so we go more often than we did for awhile. It's one of the really wonderful advantages of being Catholic, not a requirement, but very good for the soul.

We go to confession at least once a month. Personal choice.

My church does not have any regular times for confession since we got our new pastor about 15 years ago. He use to bring in other priests around Easter but that has also stopped. It seems the rules have changed and i don't understand.

I am an ex-catholic and have not been to confession since July 1973. Best thing I ever did.
