Drink LOTS of water everyday, eat healthy and balanced, try to exercise, trim your hair every 2 to 3 months, deep condition, dont use GREASE, it clogs the pores on your scalp, try a cream or oil moisturizer for your scalp instead, and if u relax your hair, only relax the new growth , dont relax the rest of your hair. And try this product, Hair Formula 37, u can get on www.fasterhairgrowth.com, I've been taking the vitamin/supplements for 3 weeks and it works, I'm tellin everybody cuz that stuff works for real.

Also, consider going natural if your not, hair really grows best if you leave it alone

Vitamin E is meant for stimulating the oxygen intake in the body and improves the blood circulation. If there is proper blood circulation, hair growth is enhanced. Vitamin C assists the normal functioning of capillaries that carries the blood to the scalp. Even zinc is an important supplement, which should be consumed as it assists hair growth.

Oils doesn't moisturize. It merely lubricates the hair for more ease of combing and sealing in moisture. You can deep condition your hair more often, limit the use of heat styling tools and avoid hair products that contain the drying alcohols (i.e. SD 40 alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, etc). Use a shampoo that has a pH level around 5.5 (acidic shampoos are better for our hair type).

1.Rub coconut oil on your scalp before bath.
2.Cut regularly on the extreme edges of your hair
3.Check your food habit.
4.After bath dry your hair (before combing it ) under the ceiling fan with a comb having more gap in between its teeth.
Regularly do and see the result. But result may vary from person to person.

yes those will all help, but if you really want it to grow, get braids. make sure you take care of them though because the will break your edges and ends and keep clipping dead ends. it should work.
