Have you offered her something like chicken and rice? It is easy on the stomach and most dog will eat it if they won't eat anything else. My dogs usually will not get people food, but in a case like this where they are not eating, you have to try anything. You should be giving the dog something like nutrical, a high calorie vitamin/mineral supplement in a tube like toothpaste, available from vets and pet stores. It gives them the nutrition they need and helps stimulate their appetites. Hope the dog is better soon.

My dad recently got a young dog who vomited up everything he ate. He was able to keep down cooked lean ground beef with rice. Or maybe your dog just doesn't like dog food. In which case, try the beef and rice anyway.

My dog loves when I would mix wet food into her dry food. However, I would only do this in an extreme circumstance because some dogs get spoiled and won't eat dry food anymore.
Stores (like WalMart) sale doogie wet food or you can even use people food, like gravy or beans.

CALL THE VET AGAIN! What did the vet tell you to do? Is she drinking any water? Please, call your vet again and tell him/her what the situation is.
