i was thinking i,d report these resturant to the health department one of the places was wingstop and mcdonalds near my area. but wing stop made me sick 2 times.

Report the places and stop eating out. You save money and it's much better for you to eat at home. Eat out for special occasions at "higher up" resturants. You run less of a risk of getting sick. Feel better.

I think you should definitely dob them into the health department- but are you sure it's the quality of their food that is making you sick and not just the TYPE of food?

Some people can't physically withstand the high amount of fat in many fast foods, which makes them sick- could it be that your body doesn't like these foods on the whole? Or has it only been one-off instances?

If it's the latter, let the health professionals know- only good will result from that. Otherwise, you can complain directly to the manager of the restaurants and give them a warning.

I eat out more than 3 times every week. I have been sick from what I ate out once in the last ten years.

Eat at decent restaurants, or carry your lunch.

i good indicator i think is check out the restrooms if they are pigsty's then you know the kitchen is worse.

too much fried food is not good for you; besides; they use their grease over and over and over again.
