My Evil Twin" Habanero Salsa
Ingredients:
2 tb Olive oil
1 md Onion -- chopped
1 Green bell pepper --
Chopped
1 Red bell pepper -- chopped
1/2 c Chicken broth
4 Chiles habanero -- minced
6 md Tomatoes -- skinned &
Diced
2 cn Tomatoes -- diced
2 tb Lime juice
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Dried coriander leaf
1 ts Oregano
1 tb Sugar or honey -- optional
Salt and pepper -- to taste
1/4 c Fresh parsley -- chopped
2 Anaheim chili pepper --
Chopped
Instructions:
Saute the onions, bell peppers, and anaheims in the oil for a few minutes then add the chicken broth and saute until the broth is about gone. Add the habaneros (I roasted mine first), the diced tomatoes (okay, I added the extra two cans to cut the heat down a bit, so if you want it super hot you can eliminate the cans or a couple of the habaneros), lime and lemon juices, coriander, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 or 30 minutes and add the parsley and simmer a few more minutes.

Anita s "Hot Salsa"
Ingredients:
3 md Tomatoes
3 To 4 jalapeno peppers
Onion -- your choice
Oregano -- dash
Salt and pepper as you like
Instructions:
In saucepan boil tomatoes and peppers. Drain water and remove skin from tomatoes. put in blender with remaining ingredients and blend for a minute or until smooth, unless you prefer your salsa chunky.
Salsa:
12 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus additional kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, for seasoning
1/2 cup cooked fresh corn or thawed frozen corn kernels
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 teaspoons olive oil
Additional kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
To make the salsa: Toss the tomatoes with the salt and drain in a colander for 15 minutes. Combine the tomatoes, corn, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, and olive oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.

Black Bean and Corn Salsa:
2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
6 ounces frozen corn, thawed
1 large beef steak tomato, seeded and finely diced
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 cup tomato juice
1 medium red onion, finely diced
1 lime, juiced
In a mixing bowl, toss all of the ingredients together and let sit for 1 hour.

Black Bean-Corn Salsa:
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (12-ounce) can sweet yellow corn, drained
1 (14.5-ounce) can chopped tomatoes with onions, drained
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mix all of the ingredients in a non-metallic bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Just an opinion ... but salsa w/o the specified ingredients - would not be salsa. Tomato sauce with basil is a good start on a pasta sauce though.

just go to the supermarket, and buy all kind of red hot chile, then put it right into the stove it's going to make the CHILE, all dark and burn, that's ok make sure, it looks all the same, BURN, i can give adavice of what kind of chile, like CHILE COLORADO, it is in spanish, after burning the chiles, put them into a plastic bag, then into a towel, wait around 15 min, and peel the chiles, put then into the blender add salt, and little bit of water and it's not suppose to be very watery, it is suppose to be hot, but it is very good you can allso add, chike broil and oops i forgot the tomatoes wich is burn also not boil, and peeled, really try it, its worth it

corriander leaf IS cilantro.. for that 1st answe...
Salsa without any of those things you listed would be tomato sauce.
