ok.. my crush is back from college this week, and is there i way i can " run into him" or talk to him without chasing him down and acting like a physco stalker?

Why not just contact him and ask him if he'd like to go out? He'll either be receptive to the idea or not. Try something innocent like lunch.

The best way to not appear like a stalker is to just go up to him and start a conversation, I don't know of a guy that wouldn't respond well to a direct approach.

Just ask him how he is doing and how college went. If he is interested conversation will lead the way.
