You wont need a book...

Just go in there an keep your mouth shut. Everything else will follow. AF BMT is mostly a mind game. Its just stupid stuff like trying to fold a t-shirt into a 6" square or your underwear into a 3" square. You cant learn the mental tricks they use from a book. Dont worry you will be fine just keep and open mind and do what they say without questioning it...

There's nothing to survive. If you think a book will make all the difference in the world, maybe you're not ready for basic. Just excercise regularly, shut-up (took me a while to learn that), and react to orders as if they were the most important thing in your life. Basic is a breeze.

Dude, its Air Force! Survive what? They are the easiest basic of the four services to go through. Always been. Just, salute, go your push ups, and make up rack. Do that, and stay out of trouble and you'll be fine.

I don't know why you would want a book for that, but if you must get one, check with an A/F recruiter.

A few push ups and few sit ups, maybe some stretches and little running, some marching, some more marching, some bed making, shoe shinning, a few head games....... really not much to it.........

If you played sports in high school then the physical training will be a joke to you. If not, you can prepare yourself in less then a month.
