if you really like this guy well you should ask if he would like to go on a date with you or if you could hang out sometime and flirt with him and make it where he can tell that you like him and don't be she you have to have strength!!

It's kinda hard to say with such limited info. A good thing to try that works in almost all situations is to invite him out with a group of friends. If he is already a friend that you hang out with, well, i guess that would just be silly. If you guys already hang out in a group, just call him up one day and see if he wants to do something you usually do as a group, with just you, like a movie or something.
