Yes they are wet.That is a normal fluid as fine water,which is coming from the vagina.Cause sensation and good feeling,nothing else.That fluid is coming from the hormones girls have.It is a natural body reaction,when the body is on.(excited).

I guess is like we the guys, when we get exited we ejaculate/have an orgasm, I guess is the same thing with the women.
