Ok he's flirted with me before. But he sends me mixed signals. Makes eye contact sometimes and then doesn't even look my way other times. Stares into my eyes and down at my lip, almost like it's done on purpose. There was a misunderstanding that happened in my department. I went over to his area to clear up that I had nothing to do with this. I talked to him about it and he really looked at me and really listened. When I left I said well I just wanted to let you know. With that he said ok. The he backed up and gave me the biggest smile and biggest wink. Do you think he finds me cute or just thinks maybe I like him? What do you think from what I said his wink meant. He seemed shy when he did it. And like I said he backed up and it was with a big smile!!!

Maybe he does, but if you work together forget it.
That isn't a good idea, because if things go wrong
everyone will seem to know, and talk about it.

I will be the first to admit, most of us guys are terrible at sending signals and reading signals, there's no way to know what he meant without asking him. Maybe the direct approach is needed here before sending any more signals.

Oh he's totally into you! I know a special wink when I read about one. Although, it could have been a transient ischemic attack. Was his speech slurred after the wink? If it was, it may have been love slurring, so I really don't know.

sometimes guys really are just trying to be friendly I would ask something casual like if he is seeing anybody at least you could start by knowing if he is taken or not if he is then yes its just a friendly thing unless he is some player and in that case you never really wanted him to begin with.

I think maybe her likes you or maybe he just wants to sleep with you? He could just be a big flirt. There is no telling.
