Why are you taking both Xanax and Buspar? Flexaril is a muscle relaxer. If you look closely at the ingredients on most non-alcoholic beers you will see some contain a small % of alcohol. Alcohol and Buspar are definitely a no no. Dizzyness can be caused by high blood pressure. Are you taking medicine for your blood pressure?
Do you take your medicine at the same time each day? If not, you should. Not taking medicine on a regular basis can cause problems.
I suggest you speak with your doctor as soon as possible.

diverse drugs artwork in yet otherwise for everybody. Xanax works extremely nicely for some, and not in any respect so nicely for others. in my opinion, I dont see why you need to be on Xanax, a muscle relaxer, and buspar. If it basically stress the Xanax ought to artwork completely for you without all the different elements.

Never been on Buspar but I have been prescribed the other two. Neither ever made me dizzy but I may have a high tolerance.
Xanax always made my blood pressure go down.
Buspar has been reported to make BP go up.

Probably you took all three together that is probably what made you dizzy. also if you have been on xanax for 17 years you should slowly be weened off of it. Buspar is a non narcotic tranquilzer so you may be going through withdrawels.

yes for sure, the xanax will cause the dizziness by itself, and the buspar just adds to that. SO all 3 will do that, youll get used to them soon though.

yes, but don't stop the xanax abruptly, you might fall into a siezure.
perhaps a touch more xanax minus the buspar, might do the trick.
