Yes. It's so low that I don't understand how you're not in an emergency room as I type... Please see a doctor ASAP.

Table 1. Body Fat Guidelines from American Council on Exercise

Classification Women (% Fat)

Essential Fat 10-12 percent
Athletes 14-20 percent
Fitness 21-24 percent
Acceptable 25-31 percent

As you can see from the above table you fit into none of the *acceptable* levels of body fat percentages. I do believe you have your numbers wrong. I can't see you being 0.5% body fat - even essensial fats are 10-12% :-)

Yes that's very bad. That's not even a whole percentage point.
An entire 7% is actually what muscle bound body builders strive for, and they don't have anything to pinch.

Females also need more body fat than men. If your body fat becomes too low, your period will stop as your body will go into survival mode realizing you are not healthy enough to carry a child.

You should see a dietitian to get your body fat up to a healthy level before your organs begin to suffer and your body tries to break down other tissue to get what it needs to survive.

do no longer pay attention to the term 'pear' shape that's a terrible terrible term. you've skinny legs! you merely could desire to tone up it incredibly is all. you're able to do particular workouts like crunches, squats (they are the perfect!) to tone up your legs, ***, and knees in case you rather need! additionally, you're able to desire to to contemplate that that's something to do with your weight loss application. while you're thighs are bigger then that's honest to assert that as quickly as you placed on weight, the fat etc is going on your thighs. i used to be the comparable. I used to eat a extensive style of crap and my abdomen would possibly in no way get massive. besides the indisputable fact that then I grew somewhat and that i began noticing that my thighs are way too massive. So I ate fit, toned up, and now my physique looks so lots greater appropriate. merely eat fit and carry out a little firming - great undemanding!
