Jesus had command of the elements and nature as he demonstrated by walking on the water and therefore should he wanted to fly and exert control over gravity he could have, I have full faith. Jesus also will, upon the second coming, come in the air so will exert that control over gravity in those days.

***could jesus have special powers that would enable him to fly about like superman? ***
Probably not.
Matthew 4:
6."If you are the Son of God," he said, "throw yourself down. For it is written: 'He will command his angels concerning you, and they will lift you up in their hands,
So, no Jesus probably couldn't fly, Jesus could be lifted up though. Being lifted up by angelic hands is just as good as flying unaided, as far as I'm concerned.
Have a blessed day.

Let's see, Superman is a comic book character who can only fly on the page or with special effects in a movie, Jesus on the other hand, doesn't need to fly, but if He wanted to, he could. Thanks for the points!

Jesus is not a fictional character like Superman.
You truly do fit your user name but one day every knee will bow and confess Jesus is Lord.

1 Thessalonians 4:17
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
I would say so!
