If you know anything about Christian beliefs you know that heavenly beings have immortal bodies. I believe that the immortal is nothing like the mortal or we would not have to cross over from this life to the next. So the body parts that we need here on earth are not needed in heaven. Our new "bodies" will be perfection. Angels have already achieved this perfection. So my feeling is they have no genitals and do not need them. I'm not sure that angels really have a sex but are generally referred to in the masculine sense, like the generic use of "he" in many references today. Don't worry about the angels.....just think on whether or not you will be in heaven to see them.

As some have said, the bible is not very rich in details about angels. Remember that even during the time of Jesus not all Jews believed in angels.
Angels must have genitals, remember they came to Earth (according to the bible) and met some ladies with whom they mated. And their young became giants everyone. This event has nothing to do with the flood, by the way. Remember there were still giants (according to the bible) in David's time, much later than Noah's.
As for female angels, I don't think the bible mentions any female angels.
Take care!

***do angels have genitals?***
Yes, apparently so, at least the people of lot' time thought they did.
Genesis 19
4. Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom—both young and old—surrounded the house. 5. They called to Lot, " Where are the men (Angels) who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them."
****what is a male vs. female angel? ****
Woman Clothed with the Sun
"And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of 12 stars. And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered" (Revelation 12:1-2). This is perhaps the only instance in angelology where a heavenly creature is pregnant. From the text, she is the celestial prototype or counterpart of the Virgin Mary, mother of the son of God. According to Heckethorn, "The Secret Societies of All Ages and Countries" (I, 108), the Woman Clothed with the Sun stems from the Egyptian Isis.

According to the Bible, all angels are males. Therefore they have male genitalia. Angels, including Satan, are 'sons of God'
Fallen angels took mortal women for wives and produced a race of giants.
The angel that greeted the women after Jesus's resurrection appeared as a man.

All angels, from all written references i know of, are in the form of male.
I don't believe they have reproductive organs, since they weren't made to reproduce.
Angels do not reproduce with other angels. All the angels there are have been here since the beginning of time.
Angels did breed with man though, before the flood.
This is why we had the flood though. Because the angel/human offspring where killing all the humans.

Contrary to the winner of the best answer, I believe they do have genitalia and are able to reproduce. Remember in genesis, the fallen angels mated with human women, which produced the Nephilim. Fallen angels are still angels. Many people think the verse (I think in Mathew) where Jesus says 'in heaven, no one is married or given in marriage, but are like the angels' is saying that angels are sex less dolls, but that's not what it says. I think in heaven, we'll have bodies like we do now, only perfect and immortal. But things like marriage and sex probably won't be important to us anymore because we'll be in the presence of almighty God. Things that were so important to us on earth won't be as important

I believe that angels have no gender, being neither male or female. I believe that when we see angels, they take on human form so as to relate to us and not frighten us.

Angels aren't really delved into in the Bible -- although they have plenty of ancient and modern folklore pertaining to them.
My personal belief is that every seraph was androgynous. However, when in a physical body, my thought was that they would have to take a gender?
Raphael, for example, was recognized as a man by his traveling companions.
