Everyone has doubts and yes it is normal however God is faithful and does prevail. If you seek truth then God will reward you with truth. Open your mind and search the scriptures and pray asking God your questions and see the answers you receive.

Hi, I'm Jewish too.
Go ahead and doubt - that's fine. No problem with that. I live with doubt all the time.
But one thing you must never doubt is that you are a Jew - you belong to the Jewish people - never abandon your people - we need you - we need every single Jew - you know we are too few.
I think even if you have doubts about our religion, if you continue with the mitzvot, it will be very helpful to you. Also, continue with tikkun olam - you know the world needs fixing and you can help - it's your responsibility and you will feel better for doing something to help make the world a better place.
Good luck and take care.

I believe we have trials and tribulations which cause us to QUESTION, sometimes question our faith and ability to keep going. I believe you would not be normal if you did not do this. Being "religious" is not exactly what God is seeking out of His creatures. If you know your Jewish history in the Old Testament, there was a time in the days of the Jews when God abhored their sacrifices and their incense offered up. Their animals of sacrifice did not effect God at this time and He abhored their pretense of being His children, yet their heart was so far from Him.
Trials cause us to look at our heart and to question where we are, we we have been, and where we want to go. WE measure the price we pay for our journey, by our hurts and losses...and all those troubles. Yet, like Joseph, we must know that if we are obedient to God, we too will rise up from the pit and even if carried into captivity, imprisioned, or defeated, God will cause all things to work to good for them who love HIM.

Sometimes when things seem to fall apart in our life, or things happen that is hard to comprehend, some people start doubting, but we should learn that God is never far from us, and if we can maintain until the test is over our faith will be renewed even stronger than before.

Sure many Jews have felt that way, check this out John the Baptize, He heard the voice of GOD when he baptized Jesus, then when he was in jail he had doubts about Jesus, so he send his disciple's to ask him if he was the one. when they came back they told John: John put down the grasshoppers and listen, John let me tell we have seen somethings, this man heals the sick, raise the dead back to life and that old blind men, John do you remember that old blind men, John? he ain't blind no more, then John said don't kook any farther hi is the one. so is OK to have doubts.

Maybe this will help:
But as it is written: “ Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.

Yes, when my 11 year old brother was killed in a car accident and ruined the lives of all of us, my mother, father, 4 other brothers, and 2 sisters and myself. Our lives have never been the same and I being the oldest took alot of it upon my shoulders, as my parents changed dramatically in their outlook on life. I have never forgotten it and at the time, I questioned if GOD was who HE was supposed to be for a long time. I can't go into all of it, but tragedy can kill you inside your soul and heart for years.........

The Jewish people when they voted for the execution of Jesus Christ, said, if your the son of god then let the curse be upon our children. Well god the Father took that to heart and ever since then Jews have suffered. Now the Torah is good but it is only the 1st 5 books of the bible. The only true version of the bible is the King James Version, especially the 1611 edition. The bad part is that the Tulmad, teaches that all non-jewish people, or as called the gentiles are to be killed. That bring another perspective on the whole religious world.
According to Jewish teaching you have to do good works to be accepted by god. On the cross Jesus Christ did away with the sacrifices as the ultimate sacrifice, were he said "IT IS FINISHED".
Now here is the look of the bible:
Romans 10:9-13 (King James Version)
9That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
1 John 5:7
7For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
John 1:1-5 (King James Version)
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2The same was in the beginning with God.
3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
John 14:5-7 (New King James Version)
5 Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
The Father Revealed
7 “If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.”
Matthew 7:13-15 (New King James Version)
13 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. 14 Because[a] narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.
You Will Know Them by Their Fruits.
15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
Now go ahead and buy a King James Bible and read the book the prophets, to really get to know your lord personality, and except Jesus Christ as you lord and savior, for he is the Word Of God.
