Ditch the chemicals. Take vitamin C (REAL stuff, not Sunny D), drink chamomile tea, and take eucalyptus.

Get yourself some airborne and take as directed. It shortens the length of a cold. Then keep on taking it . I've been taking it since it hit the market and I knock wood everyday I have not gotten sick once. Along with washing your hands it the best thing I found.

vitamins are better than "medicine" any day, take some vitamins. also, if your sinuses are clogged up really bad, get some peppermint essential oil, fill your sink with hot steaming water, pour a few drops of the oil in it and breathe in the vapors from it. that works wonders for the congestion. i hope you get well soon. blessed be.

Rest, drink plenty of fluids, take vitamin C, stay away from dairy and try to relax.

Leave it alone. Take only the medicines that treat your symptoms and nothing more.

Colds are caused by a virus, and you can't kill a virus unless you kill the host (you).

Me too. I don't usually catch one till closer to winter. Not much you can do. It just has to run it's course. Get lots of rest, and drink lots of water.
