Try Atkins along with at least 45 minutes of cardio per day. If you stick to the diet completely and never get off, I guarantee you'll lose at least 10 pounds in the first two weeks, maybe more. I lost about 12 the first two weeks when I tried it. Not the easiest diet, but it really works. Good luck!

Exercise and diet are best. But, I am taking phentermine (by prescription) you can get it on line too. I lost 7 pounds the first week and 3 more the second week. I know when your pretty heavy it will come off quicker. I am not obese just had some extra weight to get off after having my baby. These worked wonders!!

Diet...
Keep your energy output (physical excercise) higher than your energy input (the food you eat).
Loads of water helps too.
