Everyone's body is different. Your metabolism is a major factor in how your body processes the food you eat. If you've ever seen that documentary Supersize Me the guy that did the experiment gained like 30lbs in a month but then he ran into a guy that ate like four big macs a day for like years and he didn't gain weight. Also there was a teacher that challenged the documentary and also just ate mcdonalds for a month however he exercised and therefor didn't gain the weight or have the medical problems the other guy did. So it all depends on all the factors surronding the fast food consuption....but I think your body is the main reason.

all depends on what you were eating. If you are eating salads and healthy sandwiches and not adding tons of mayo or mac sauce or any of that crap, then you will be fine. But if all you do is eat big mac's with tons of sauce, greasy french fries, soda and don't work out at all, then yea, you are going to gain weight. Also depends on your metabolism. Some people just can't gain wait. For instance, my friend Kaitlyn. 19 years old, weighs 96 pounds. Her mother said she will buy her a brand new car when she weighs in at 100 pounds. Hasn't got the car yet cause she just can't gain the weight.

Actually, eating every meal daily for a couple weeks is probably what will make you gain weight. Over a long period of time, eating just one meal a day probably would too.

Depends on what you had. If u had salads or chicken sandwiches only, I don't think u have much to worry about. On the other hand, if burgers, fries, nuggets, and milkshakes were your choices;then u should be about 5 lbs larger. If not, you're lucky. You could one of the small percentage of the American population with high metabolisms. Enjoy it! Some of us can look at a french fry and gain a pound..ha!

Are you active? Do you have a high metabolism? These are the two things that would "burn it off" if you've been eating it.
