I can't find your question... what did you want to know? Or do you just want some general help to write the personal narrative from beginning to end? Please elaborate.

how about this:

--- as i was watching my favorite movie, one of the old patrick swayze films, i heard my cell phone ringing. i looked at the caller id and noticed it was my best friend Jenny.i just let it ring because one of the best parts in the movie was about to come on.I decided that i would call her back as soon as the movie was over. well, little did i know that that call would soon change my whole life. jenny called again, this time i answered so that she would stop bothering me. 'hi jenny" i said. "jenny? whats wrong, you sound upset." there was a long pause between the two of us. jenny softly said the two most unexpected words i could imagine "im pregnant" she whispered. i didnt know what to say."are you sure?" i asked in disbeleif. "yes im positive" she replied, "i got an ept test from the cornerstore and it tested positive".I then asked if she had told her boyfriend yet, she had but he didnt take it so well and told her to have an abortion."im gonna keep the baby, danyell, no matter what he says!"."if anything ever happens to me, i would want you to raise my child, will you promise?" "me?" i stuttered. i thought; why in the world would she want me to be the godmother? i was only one of her many friends.......probably one of the less responsible friends too. "please? you have been my best friend since pre-k." jenny said as i was awakening to the reality that my 14 year old friend was really pregnant. she wasnt playing a prank on me,she was serious. it would be a big responsibility for me to be a godmother, but how could i say no? she was my best friend after all, and i should have felt honored that she chose me. "of course i would take care of your baby, you know i am there for you all the way." i told her. A sigh of releif could be heard through the telephone. she said she loved me like a sister and would never ask for anything again. "well i am going to try to talk some sense into jhonny" jenny said. "okay, well call me tomorrow, bye."i hung up the phone and just sat there in shock. by this point i hadnt even been paying attention to the television.............................---

TO BE CONTINUED.......

---the next day, i met up with jenny at the local supermarket. we spent almost an hour picking out baby bottles, baby clothes, formula, and diapers. i told her that she still had nine months to buy everything, but she said she wanted to be ready. okay...lets back up for a minute.....jenny wasnt at all what you would call a rich girl.she actually had almost no money at all, so she used the money she had saved in case of emergency. jenny didnt live very far away so i decided that i would walk her home. as we were walking, i tried to make small talk. "have you told your parents?" i asked. "well, no. i am waiting for the right moment"she said. it was beginning to get dark when we reached her house."thanks for everything danyell, i will see you at school." jenny then opened the screen door of her house and went inside. everything went on as normal for the next few months. jenny's parents were furious when she first told them the big news, but they eventually forgave her and agreed to pay part of the medical bills.she had a hard time at school because everyone gave her dirty looks and judged her more than ever before.

8 months had come and gone, school was out and summer fun was beginning.everything seemed to happen so fast and before i knew it, i was calling an ambulance. i told them to come help jenny as she was going into labor. i tried to comfort jenny as best i could.soon we heard the sirens about a block away, i ran into the front yard to flag them down.
on the way to the hospital, a paramedic asked why i was the only one with jenny."her parents are at work and i had planned to spend the night over at her house tonight"i said. i waited anxiously in the waiting room.her parents were informed, and they said they would come as soon as they could. time seemed to pass so slowly, a second took a minute. a minute took an hour...........................finally i jumped up as the doctor came out of jenny's room. "is the baby okay?" i asked. "yes, the baby is fine. but the young mother isnt doing so good."answered the doctor. "will she be ok? can i see her?" i practically cut him off mid-sentence.the doctor seemed like an old man even though he was probably only in his mid-thirtys.you could tell this job drained him in so many ways as he replied; "im sorry, she isnt going to last very long. you can go in and see her now,but try not to upset her....stress will only decrease the time before............" i didnt pay attention to whatever else he said, i just walked into the room where jenny was lying. i went by her side and asked if she was okay.''stop pretending like you dont know.........just remember your promise.when im gone, you will take care of my little girl wont you?''jenny said , sounding so frail.i gave her my word.then a small grin came across her lips, the pillow seemed to sink a little, and she was gone.

well,to this day i have kept my promise.sara, jenny loved that name, is set to graduate next month with a full scholarship to a colledge of her choice. over the years sara has made me very proud, and i only wish that jenny could have lived to see her little girl grow into a beautiful young woman. sara knows that i am not her blood mother, but she loves me all the same. sometimes i can still see jenny, laying in the hospital bed grinning up at me as she took her last breath. but i am no longer mourning because i know she is in a far better place now and will one day get to see her baby girl again.........................
