I have found that the most delicious "meals" are the ones made with limited typical ingredients, and an imagination. I just made a couple hamburgs on the grill- Cinnamin raisin english muffins(toasted on grill) ,Wasabi horsradish sause, chopped romain letuce, fresh tomatoes from the garden, minced fresh garlic, salt ,pepper, ketchup, and balsamic vinigar aged for four years from Italy!

Personally, I prefer a well seasoned (salt, pepper and garlic powder) thick burger, cooked in a hot cast iron skillet for 4 minutes a side, with a little grated cheddar cheese added during the last 2 minutes of cooking, placed on a good quality hamburger bun with sliced tomato, lettuce and a little raw onion. Juicy and pure heaven!

Reminds me of comedian Jim Gaffigans hamburer .. we always have to have MORE so he added a ham sandwich .. and donuts instead of buns (so we could eat it for breakfast). "Watch out McDonalds - here comes the Donut - Ham - Hamburger" ..
