Chocolate Chip OR, my bosses wife baked me a cheesecake for my birthday about 10 years ago that was a chocolate cheesecake base topped with a milk chocolate mousse layer then topped with chocolate ganache. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. If you can believe it, I asked for the recipe and she said NO! I can't imagine not sharing even my grandma's prized recipes with anyone. I would kill for a piece of that cheesecake right about now!!
