If you intake more calories than you burn, you gain weight.
(usually fat)
Fat burns no calories.
Muscle burns lots of calories.
If you gain muscle, you will burn more calories. It is OK to get bigger muscles.
You need to EXERCISE, in order to KEEP your muscles, and maybe gain more muscle. If you do not exercise, the weight you lose will be muscle, not fat.
That's bad.
So basically, cut your calories, make sure you exercise (or risk ending up flabby), and you will look the way you hope to look in time.

Youfirst need to burn off more calories then you eat. Then once you have skinned down slightly you eat loads of calories but burn it all off into muscle. Hope this helps.

When you burn alot of calories you loose fat while gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat ,cardio works best to tone and loose weight try with light weight training in high repitions.Cut down in portion size also to loose excess weight

You're trying to lose fat, but also gain muscles, right?
Just eat more food that doesnt contain trans or saturaded fat.
Like yogurt and also eat more of multigrain. Also drinklots of water and get enough sleep <7hrsmim> and excersize lots~!
