For the record, it will be tough finding cheap tickets from Tampa Florida to anywhere. The United States uses something called a "hub and spoke" system for flying-- meaning that most airlines pick a city, or hub (sometimes called a focus city) and have most (in some cases all) of thier flights connect through that city. Tampa, unfortunately, is not a hub or focus city for any airline I know of.

That said, you must now look for connecting flight into a city that has a lot of competition and options. To Europe from the United States there are several big airports at which to look-- JFK in New York, Newark in New Jersey, Dulles in Washington DC, Hartsfield in Atlanta, O'Hare in Chicago, and Miami near you. Other cities would require that you double back-- you could probably find a flight to europe from Los Angeles, but that doesn't make too much sense...

Also, since you will have to change planes, it may make more sense to go a little further on a domestic flight than, say, fly to Miami and go on a really long international flight... it breaks the trip up...

All that said-- I would start looking online, Newark Airport in New Jersey is the base of Continental Airlines which has expanded its route map through Europe and Asia from the airport by leaps and bounds...

That said, when you look online at Orbitz.com, Travelocity.com, Priceline.com to name a few... if you want cheaper flights, you will need to be flexiable.... can you change planes twice or three times? Are the days you are flying set in stone?

Hope that Helps...
